The receptionist and nurses were nice, but Dr Aziz was the most inconsiderate and rude doctor I have met. He yells with no regards for how the patient might be feeling. He startled my extremely sick mother laying down miserable and vomiting and made a joke that he didnu2019t do it, she startled herself. Barges in loudly to the room, not understanding, only there to get you in and out quickly. Rudest doctor I have met by far.

Dr Aziz is pretty nice and a good doctor. The problem with this practice is their medical billing department. I never ran into issues but we had to have a number of 3 way conversations between their billing department and our insurance company over improper coding and for confusing the insurance company with doctor visits instead of urgent care visits. I spent a lot of hours clearing things up with billing but we are going on a number of phone calls now for things that used to never be a problem. Itu2019s nice to get a good doctor but eating up hours of my time because of coding problems is really not worth the stress. Aside from that issue good doctors and friendly office staff.

Came in on a monday afternoon for my toddler, we were the only patient there. The intake took over 20 mins, the receptionist while polite, spent most of the time chit chatting with her colleagues instead of finishing my intake. For an urgent care, they seem to have little urgency.nnThen I find out that the nurse was on lunch break hence the wait only because after 20 mins, i saw her strolling in. if they told me in advanced that the nurse was on lunch break i would have left and went to another urgent care. I finally got to bring my daughter inside only to find out they did not have an x-ray technician in today and that i would need to go to their sister location in Woodbridge but their tech leaves in 30 mins, which wasnt enough time to get there and wait in line again.nnThis whole time they didnt bother to tell me they didnt have a x-ray tech. a huge waste of time and incompetent front staff. They need to ask the patients what they were in for at the start of the check in process.nnI went to the Metuchen Pediatric urgent care right after and that was the first question they asked us. The other reviews about their front of house staff is on point.

Very quick, no wait, but there is a rude lady named kim(or at least thats what SHER said her name was) who does intake. She seems quite miserable with her job and we almost got into a verbal altercation with her. We will be going to medemerge from now on thanks to her! And After Visiting apparently the Employee (Likely Desiree after conferring with the team on site) gave us a fake name! How professional! Once again the young lady who we spoke to at the Facility who sounded african on the phone gave us a name of Kim. Once again unprofessional and it is likely you will take no action and she will persist to spread her attitude to others. I highly advise against using this Urgent care as we also were not quoted with the right time to receive results. We were told 24 Hours and received them Over 72 Hours later.

I was just at this facility and they were great! I was in and out very quickly. Both the doctor as well as the girl at the front desk, I think her name was Cassandra, were very friendly and helpful!
