Out of nowhere, I received a bill ~1.5 years after the service, long past the point where I could properly dispute it with my insurance provider.nnDespite assurances that my service was in-network, the EOB reflected out-of-network charges instead. I reached out for clarification, only to find that the hospital maintained that it was in-network but was unable to explain why I was charged out-of-network rates. My attempts to get a clear answer were met with silence.nnud83dudea8 This kind of opaque and drawn-out billing process left me with little recourse and no real transparency. Medical billing should be fair, timely, and clearu2014not an unexpected burden long after the fact.

Dr. Sars was not helpful at all. He made me sit in major pain for 30 mins without even offering me an ice pack or anything for my pain. Gave me excuse after excuse why he couldn't do anything. What is the point of an urgent care if you can't get urgent relief for pain. He also expected me to drive to pharmacy while in pain, I told him I barely made it to urgent care driving. Offered no relief for my knee. Except for the really nice receptionist who helped me to my car. This place needs major improvement.

Front desk was great, providers were rude and apathetic and dismissed my symptoms. As a physician assistant who has worked in urgent care myself, I understand the challenges of working in a clinic u2014but there is no excuse for the complete lack of compassion I experienced here.

Workmanu2019s comp billing is a nightmare here. Layers of incompetence and outsourced call centers. Doctor also wanted me to drive to work still on meds that would result in me getting a dui if pulled over. It was suggested that I take the meds at work and be in pain for either end of my commute

If i could give negative stars i would. i really don't think there is a worse urgent care. rude staff. It didnu2019t seem like the doctor knew what he was doing at all. he asked me what kind of reaction i get to medication iu2019m allergic to and if i could just take that because itu2019d be easier? instead of just getting me different medications. will never ever return.
