My Ear Infection CheckupnnDuring my visit to this location, I experienced significant discomfort due to an acute ear infection. The receptionists at the front desk demonstrated a welcoming and friendly demeanor, which helped alleviate some of my distress. However, I felt that the doctor prioritized financial considerations over my well-being, resulting in a rushed and impersonal consultation. Here is what happened.nnDuring my checkup, he asked me to turn my head to the side, which I did. Apparently, I kept turning it while he was checking it, and he raised his voice at me, telling me that he could not check if I kept turning my head in a loud and frustrated manner. This, of course, made me feel even worse because I felt as if I had done something wrong. I am not sure if I am in the wrong, but as a patient, I would not want someone to raise their voice at me while I am experiencing extreme pain. After this, he prescribed pain relief and went on with his day. There was no emotional support or sympathy from him, and I did not receive the quality of service that I needed at that moment.

Express family care is the best! Iu2019ve made Jimmy (The Nurse Practitioner) my primary care physician and heu2019s been the absolute best. Definitely recommend. Him and his staff are always positive and make you feel comfortable. 10/10

I continually asked Jimmy to see a specialist for my son's stomach for years. I asked again in the summertime to see a specialist to find out what was wrong. He said it was probably nerves. I visited again and he acted like nothing was serious.nI don't understand how you can run a health clinic without a certified doctor?nnMy son ended up with cancer after going to an emergency room in another statennfortunately we are able to fight it no thanks to Jimmy.nWe should have had it diagnosed in the summer when my son was in pain.nnI believe it was serious negligence because my son could have died and you refused to help me find out he had cancer.nJimmy was contacted after Colin was already diagnosed with cancer.nHe ignored all my attempts to see a specialist.nHe gaslighted me and my son like he did in his insincere response.

Granted this was on a Friday afternoon. But I probably was there like 15 minutes. Got seen, treated/prescribed. Staff was nice, doc was nice. 10/10. The US health system could learn a thing or 2 from these peeps. Also, I'm already snStarting to feel better. Thank you!nImmensely better than Mercy on Nw expressway!
