After multiple attempts to get my kids medical records faxed over to another agency they claimed to never have got the request. Ok so I called and spoke with Amanda she was able to provide a email address for the request for medical records. I notified my new agency and advised them to cc me in the outgoing email so there would be NO miscommunication this time around. Beware you can request to have them print them and you can pick them up but I was told it would be a fee. Hope it all works for the parents trying to get their kid(s) medical information from them. Looks like I may have to get an attorney to get my grandson medical records. So unprofessional.... ridiculous.

Dr. Dalicia and The staff at JC Columbia are amazing. They are attentive and available when needed. Dr. D and the front office staff are kind and very professional. My daughter also is serviced by the Sees Dr.G in the pediatric department and they have also been very accommodating, professional and caring My daughter feels very comfortable with the staff there.

They never answer the phone. Had to drive up there to speak with someone. ( the front desk person had the phone off the hook)They no longer accept our insurance. We really loved Dr. SIMMONS. He is the best.

They want Dr. Simmons former patients to come there, but HOW? Nobody ever answers the phone & the ghetto voicemail says u201cdonu2019t leave a message as they CANu2019T retrieve it.u201d No thank you!
