I have to say, everyone I interacted with was fantastic. They were caring, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. It was clear it had been a rough day for them, and the wait was long, but in fairness, that's not their fault, and every patient has a unique set of needs. I heard many grumbling, but truth is we should feel grateful they were open and able to help versus having to go to an ER. With what I saw, everyone was treated with kindness and care, so if that means it takes a little bit longer, then people need to chill and realize they are doing the best they can to assist individual needs. We have had to use this urgent care on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions the process was handled exceptionally. The online registration helps facilitate the process as well as the online check in option. 2025 and theyu2019re still using masks, the level of detail is very much appreciated. All staff was professional, understanding and courteous. Best urgent care ever used. For me and my 9 year old daughter.

Extremely friendly people who work there, I was in and out in 30 minutes with an appointment! Everything was clean and sterile, all the staff was extremely friendly, making sure all my needs were met and expediting me through the process as much as possible to Complete a firm conclusion to a prior appointment. The NP was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and checked to make sure everything was going the best it could!

When Iu2019m unable to get an appointment with our doctors office, urgent care has been able to assist me and my family with our medical needs. They take care of us in a timely manner. Their appointment system is very helpful. Staff is always professional and answer any questions we have. They also offer snacks and water during our wait.
