After sitting for 35 minutes in the waiting room for an appt I arrived on time for, I left with people still ahead of me to be seen. Lady at the front desk was kind and apologetic. Sheu2019s the only reason it doesnu2019t get 1 star.nnManagement seriously needs to look at their booking system if I can make an appointment online 2 hours prior, arrive on time and wait for that long and still not have an idea on when I would be seen. Systems can adjust based on demand, just tell me to arrive a later time. Iu2019m happy to do that.

We were visiting north GA and hubby was very ill, so we decided to go here for help. We were seen within 10 minutes of walking in, and the entire visit - including an exam, chest x-Ray, diagnosis of pneumonia, and steroid/antibiotic/pain shots - took around an hour and a half. The staff was very kind and we were able to have the follow-up prescriptions called into a pharmacy near our relativesu2019 house several towns away. A few days later, hubs is on the mend and weu2019re very grateful we stopped at this urgent care!

I've been quite a few times! Sometimes there is a wait but it is an urgent care! Everyone is very polite! Time before last time I came I got the urgent care royalty treatment with a homade I bag to go around my shoulder that I've had 2 prior surgies on! A picture was taken with my perm. Of course .5 star job guys they listen and try to help in anyway possible! I give props to Ms. Denny and the rest of the staff here for what they do!
