We used your urgent care facility for my daughter and had a wonderful experience. The place is clean and people were all professional and very kind. We are from out of town and we're pleasantly surprised at the level of care and professional treatment we received. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area or someone like us who needed care but were from out of town.

All of the staff members were so kind and patient with us even though we showed up.jisr minutes before closing! They took great care of my 3 year old and made the visit as fun as possible for him. The facility is nice and clean. They are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield but we chose to do the self pay option. Hopefully we won't be back, but if we need urgent care again, we'll come here!

I was highly impressed with the staff. They really didn't know how to handle my situation. But after a talk with the person that seen me. He done the best possible thing. This man went above and beyond treating the issue and found solutions for me. Lobby was clean and roomy. I can't say enough. Great visit.

If I could give them more stars I would. I was a little hesitant at the begging because I had taken my daughter to the Maize location last week and I was not happy at all from the receptionist, to the medical assistant or nurse to the PA we saw they were rude and looked like they didnu2019t want to be there and were tired of their job.nBut not here everyone was so nice, I was in and out very soon. I wish I knew the names of the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner that saw me Sunday .They were very nice, friendly, caring and understanding. Definitely i recommend the west location. Itu2019s hard to find people that actually cares about patients these days.

Just called because I had a simple question. I donu2019t know who I was on the phone with but she was very rude and cut me off before I could even finish speaking. She said u201cI canu2019t give you medical advice over the phoneu201d, I wasnu2019t looking for medical advice, I just had one question and was going to come in after that, if she had let me finish speaking maybe she would have known that.
