Iu2019d give them a higher rating than five stars if I could! On vacation with my family and staying at the hard rock Hotel, I needed to find a walk-in clinic or something, or even head to the emergency room, and so incredibly grateful that I found this office. From the first phone call, I was treated timely, kindly, professionally, and just so impressed with everyone there. Iu2019m so grateful for the two beautiful women working in the front office/nurse. I had Dr. Silva treating me. The care and follow up I received was second to none. They had sent me downstairs to do imaging, so I spent most of the day there between getting two different ultrasounds done. I received a call that evening, well after traditional hours on a Friday night, to give me an update on the results of that. And then the next day on Saturday, the Doctor herself called again to go over everything and to see how I was doing.

While on vacation with my family, we were in need of a doctor. I asked the front desk of our hotel and they recommend The Medical Concierge. I called and spoke with the nurse who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The doctor was in our hotel room within a matter of 90 minutes, equipped with antibiotics. Doctor Naughtin was thorough, informative and compassionate. I will absolutely use The Medical Concierge for all our future need while vacationing in Orlando.

I donu2019t understand the negative reviews. Iu2019m a pediatric nurse. I knew my daughter had an ear infection while we were at Disney (on property). I knew it would be expensive, but I chose that for convenience. They were in my room within an hour of my call - had the antibiotics and was able to start right then and there. Friendly doctor, service provided exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

I received excellent care from Dr. Rosen and the entire team here! My vacation at Universal was interrupted by a nasty cold and then I developed pink eye. The team efficiently scheduled me for an appointment the same morning I called, and Dr. Rosen was both thorough and compassionate while assessing and diagnosing me. They were also able to give me eye drops for my pink eye on sight so I didnu2019t need to Uber to a pharmacy! I was extremely impressed (and relieved) that I was so well taken care of when so far from home. Thank you!
