The front desk staff are super nice and welcoming. My women doctor and nurse were wonderful and made me feel comfortable. I got checked in quickly and they diagnosed me even quicker. They should put a fish tank in the lobby though that would be fire.

Best experience we have ever had at urgent care. Dr Liz was amazing as well as the nurse and front desk ladies. She was very thorough, even though we showed up close to closing, and made sure she checked everything out with my sons illness to get the right treatment plan.

Staff were attentive and listened carefully to my symptoms. Dr. Finch discussed possible causes of nausea and vomiting and had good advice about what to do to reduce symptoms or go to ER or ENT in Issaquah. Nurses were helpful and empathetic. I highly recommend these providers who helped me immensely in my urgent needs.

Everyone from front desk to the nurses, PA, Drs... Anyone Iu2019ve ran into in this much needed Urgent Care in Ellensburg is so friendly & kind. The front desk is fast & the wait time is not long. At least it has yet to be in the times that my family has gone. Understandable if they are busy. Beats going to the ER. Itu2019s very clean & they are great listeners.nIu2019ve been begging my daughteru2019s PCP for a full thyroid panel & denied every time. Didnu2019t even have to ask hereu2026 they just did it.
