Took my 88 year old Mom there when she was very sick. Her primary had no apts. And all day in ER was too much for her. They treated her so kind, professional and quickly. They called in RX and we were on our way. I would definitely take her back. Thank you

If i could give this place negative stars I would.nAVOID THIS URGENT CARE AT ALL COSTS u2013 Completely Unprofessional and Negligent!!nnIu2019ve never written a negative review before, but my experience with this urgent care was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to share it. I visited on February 5th for vertigo and was met with a series of issues that reflect gross mismanagement and disregard for patient care.nn1. Two-Hour Wait in a Room With No ExplanationnAfter being taken into a room, I sat for two full hours without any communication from staff. No updates, no nurse, no doctoru2014just left sitting there. That alone would have warranted concern, but unfortunately, it only got worse.nn2. Wrong Blood Test ResultsnAs someone on an immunosuppressant, my white blood cell and vitamin D levels are always lowu2014this is well-documented. The results they gave me were completely normal, which immediately raised red flags. I followed up with my neurologist the next day and had my labs redone. Sure enough, the new results matched my usual levelsu2014not the ones provided by this urgent care. This suggests either a mix-up or a serious error in reporting results.nn3. Prescription NightmarenI was prescribed Zofran for vertigo I have been having for days and was told it would be ready within an hour. The pharmacy never received the order. I had to call multiple times over FOUR DAYS (Wednesday through Saturday), and each time I was told it would be sent over. I finally got my medication five minutes before the pharmacy closed on Saturday. Absolutely unacceptable for something that should have been done the same day and was left dealing with my symptoms without medication.nn4. Unauthorized and Mysterious BillingnThen, on May 22nd (over 3 months later) I was suddenly charged $164 from my bank account without any prior notice or explanation. When I called, I was rudely told, u201cWell, that would be your deductible...u201d My deductible for urgent care is $50, not $164. And even if there was an issue, why wasnu2019t I billed at the time of service instead of nearly four months later?nI called to dispute the charge and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. At this point, Iu2019ve involved my lawyer because this kind of billing practice is highly questionable, if not illegal.nnThis urgent care failed on every single level. Communication, accuracy of medical testing, timely delivery of care, and responsible billing. I should have written this review after the prescription fiasco, but the billing issue was the final straw.nnIf you value your health, your time, and your money, go elsewhere. This clinic has demonstrated a complete inability (or unwillingness) to provide even basic patient care. They do not do their jobs, and I do not trust them, and definitely will never step foot in this place again.

One of the worst urgent cares you could go to. I took my brother here to have him get checked for swelling in his legs and feet. They did a chest x ray and blood work. Dr. Choudhry couldn't tell us any information about the x-ray and said we would have to see what the blood work tells us. He didn't even look at my brother's legs or feet. We were told the labs had to be sent out and allow them 24hrs for results and they would call us. I called for two days and the receptionist said they didnt have the results yet but would call once they came in. A week later and we never heard from anyone with results. I ended up taking him to the ER and I'm so glad I did. This place is anything but an urgent care. However, they were quick to take the money. Stay away!!
