affI went to two other UCs in my area looking for some relief to my ever spreading Rash to no avail. I searched again for a dermatologists and found one in Fairfax and happened to be very fortunate to find a next day scheduling. Fast forward 7 am the next day I get a phone call from the receptionist stating they cant see me that time and they dont take my insurance even though it was all clearly stated on their website. I start to panic cause I have this horrid rash for about 6 days now and it continues claim more real estate on my body on its own accord. I get on zocdoc and come across this amazing establishment and its forever caring Staff. Dr G (Dr Raschid Ghoorahoo) is the TRUTH and went the extra mile for me on every ailment I was experiencing. I originally set up a TeleHealth appointment of which quickly morphed into an in office visit at my leisure but ASAP preferred. He squeezed me in that day as a walk in and I hardly noticed a wait. This Gentleman has genuine care for his patients and I know for a fact the kidsvlove him given his health themed novelty decorated laptop cart he weilds putting them at east of any reservations or aversion they may be harboring. I will certainly drive the extra 30-40 minutes and be a forever patron of this establishment! Thank you Dr G and Staff!!

Unfortunately, our first experience was at Xcel Urgent Care, but it was not good. We entered the urgent care at 4 and left at 6:15. The wait was very long at the center, even though it was almost empty. After the routine check of blood pressure and temperature, the nurse took my wife to the examination room to wait for the doctor. We waited for more than 20 minutes, and this is not professional at all, knowing that we do not have health insurance, and my wife was tired. But because I know that compliments are countless, I must warn that I do not care about the doctoru2019s name, but what I care about is professional care.

I walked into Excel Urgent Care for a quick health screening and was greeted by the front desk receptionist, who was kind, polite, and efficient. The check-in process took about 10 minutes. I then met Dr. G, a U.S. military Iraq veteranu2014great guy! I highly recommend this place, especially for veterans with VA healthcare, as in-network urgent care facilities can be hard to find. I didnu2019t pay a cent out of pocket, and the service was incredibly fastu2014everything was completed within an hour.
