I've lived here just a little over 4 months and I've already experienced so many issues with my apartment let alone the complex. In November, I noticed that my hot water was changing in color (murky brown). I put in multiple maintenance requests and even had requests marked as completed when no one even stepped foot in my unit. After experiencing the water issue periodically throughout Nov-Dec, they finally sent plumbers to switch out my water heater. I didn't even receive a notice from the office of the time the plumbers were coming by just knew the date. While switching out my water heater, they ruined my rug and this wasn't the first time these plumbers tracked in dirt. Upon arriving home after the installation, noticed a massive hole in my wall covered with a trash bag that's stapled to the wall. I didn't receive any communication on whether the hole would be patched up. I sent two emails to the property regarding the issues I had, I have yet to receive a response back. I took it upon myself to email the regional manager of the property and she was super apologetic and assured me that someone would reach out. It has been just about a week and the property manager has still not reached to coordinate repairs.

When my wife and I walked into the Willowest in Collier Hills front office, we were greeted with the warmest reception that we have ever experienced from an apartment complex. It was a welcome greeting that was so genuine with hand shakes, and smiling faces. Right away, we felt at home.nnThey were professional and warm. We knew this team was different. This team made my wife and I feel special and made us feel that we were already a resident before filling out an application. They were all very attentive and showed great concern.nnRod waited on us, Cameron assisted us and the two ladies were exceptionally gracious to us. We felt like we had met them all before.
