I have been dealing with the practice's billing office since September for a double payment (yes, I paid through my HSA website and then my husband paid online a second time as they sent me a bill and he didn't know I had already paid). I have called so many times and haven't been able to get this resolved. I did call the office directly and ask the practice manager to call me back - they never did. I asked the billing supervisor to call me - that was two weeks ago. Now I am posting a review in hopes that maybe someone in the office will care enough to contact me and assist me in getting my refund. I was a new patient last year and because of this challenge, I am honestly not sure if I would return. The Optum bureaucracy is not efficient.

I highly suggest you make the drive down the hill if you are looking for reliable, effective, and compassionate health care. My husband hasn't needed to see a PCP in over 10 years and it was like pulling teeth to make him see a doctor. He has been suffering from daily headaches/migraines for nearly a month, which is not normal for him. The last time these symptoms were present, he was hospitalized for weeks due to an infection in his head. He came here as this used to be New West and we wanted to avoid the ER cost and he was treated worse than a number today. The doctor interrupted him as he explained his symptoms and brushed off previous infection hospital stays. The front desk was dismissive, and he never received a call back from the doctor with additional concerns. We are now taking all health care needs out of evergreen, which is more than disappointing because this is our home for well over a decade. Do better and treat your patients with respect and compassion. Listen to them because when you misdiagnose a patient, it can cost them their life!

Lately the service has been awful. They recently let go the best doctor for no reason. They didn't tell the patients and then the system deleted our appointments. No one notified us and then we had to go to Golden for their mistake and had a worse experience at the Golden location.Canceled multiple appointments last second with little to no notice in the past.The patient portal refuses to work and no one is willing to help you figure it out. And then the workers seem to shame you if you can't get it to work.Then I recently was denied care for wanting to get tested.They do not care for their patients here.They lost 3 patients today.Only 2 stars because we enjoyed our previous doctor there that isn't there anymore.

For the past 8 months, I have been coming to this office as I have been experiencing life-altering migraines, fatigue, and symptoms of hypoglycemia for the first time in my life. I am an endurance athlete, 25-year vegetarian, and health enthusiast. This is to say - I have been met with little more than patronizing attitudes and general malaise when being seen in this office.During these 8 months, this PCP has been referring me to a specialist that is unable to see me because they have a years-long backlog and believe my condition to be irrelevant to their specialty. As a result, they will not take me as a patient and I continue to tell this PCP that we must explore another route. She is either unwilling, unable, or generally incapable of doing so.As a person with the time, resources, and ability to advocate for myself, I cannot fathom what folks of lesser means might do when met with the incompetence of this office. Her response to this mess? Yeah, healthcare in this country just sucks. Maybe so, but you've been unwilling to see past your own errors to correct this easily fixable situation (i.e. refer me to some other place). I have patients other than you that I must manage. Of course, I have only seen you a handful of times in the past 8 months though. Not some huge time sink. What's the point in seeing ANY patients at all if all you are going to do is offer subpar (or no) care at all? I literally just needed this PCP to be a conduit for ordering bloodwork and making referrals. And...yeah, can't even accomplish that.Long story short, don't waste your time if you have anything more than a sniffle.
