My daughters have been with this practice since birth. The staff is very caring and patient. The doctor has great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and kind. The routine appt includes a lot of surveys for monitoring children's mental health and development. Like with all doctor's appts I still bring a list of questions to ensure that I have answers to my concerns.

I honestly donu2019t understand the low ratings. My daughter and I had an awesome first visit with Dr. Chopde. Sheu2019s 4 and was being seen as a new patient for a well visit. He was thorough and brought my very shy daughter out of her shell. Heu2019s great with the kids and Iu2019m happy we found him. As for the office staff, I mean it doesnu2019t get any better than the receptionist and M.A. in the Laurel office. They were so kind and helpful. Easy 5 stars for me.

The clinic was okay , it is clean , but one of my concerns is that they don't have hand soap available to wash your hands, and whenever they need to check the baby I don't see if they have their hands clean or not , one pediatrician came to check my baby and that ladie put her finger on her mouth and she wasn't even using gloves and after that she touch her papers and the pens.

Dr. Chopped is just exceptional. I love how is interacts with kids and takes his time to answer any concerns. The Office too is very neat

If you want your child(ren) to be treated with some kind of respect go to the Laurel location. I went to the Silver Spring location and I went home with my kids and cried to my husband. We felt u201cdismissedu201d like our well being were not taken into consideration. He ask his aide to hurry up because he has to go to the laurel location soon for important things. My hearts sank when I heard it from the other room. He quickly saw my kids and barely answered our questions. I will make sure to report to whoever I have to. I have since changed to another pediatrician.
