I am on vacation and ended up sick. I googled urgent cares and came here. I have to say I was very impressed!!! The staff was very kind and very thorough. While I had a wait of about 30 mins (explained to me in advance) it was worth it. I was given great care and the proper meds to treat my sinus infection. If I happen to be back in the area needing care I will definitely return. Thanks again ladies!

Waited hours while sick with the flu, was told Iu2019d be billed self pay price of $125 if my insurance costed more, paid $140 out of pocket at my appointment just to be called back months later by Keri demanding another payment of $65 on top of the $140 I had already paid. She had no compassion and didnu2019t care to try and help or even understand the original situation because I signed insurance papers and just blamed the front desk lady. Unprofessional and rude. Will not recommend this urgent care to anyone I know.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon after we started having concerns that our toddler may have developed strep. Everyone that we encountered couldn't have been more welcoming or pleasant. They went out of their way to make our little boy feel comfortable and Dr. Alessi even did a riddle with him. We would 100% recommend this facility to anyone in need of professional and courteous medical care.
