I love this urgent care. It has been the best experience with any urgent care that we have encountered since moving to Salisbury Maryland and I would very confidently say if urgent care is needed in the future or even a telehealth visit we will be returning to you all definitely the staff is amazing. I had a super fast and helpful visit even when I came in closer to close. The PA Nagtali Zapinsky was so kind and efficient. I was able to get my prescription at the urgent care which was very convenient as well. The lady at the front desk and the medical assistant were both very sweet. I would definitely recommend going to this location based off my experience!

Made an appointment online and listed u201cfractured handu201d as why I needed to be seen. Decided to go to ExpressCare because everywhere else was closed or about to be and I was trying to avoid going to thenHospital. Though making an appointment online was quick and easy, the staff let me check in, but a debit card on file and have a nurse bring me back to an exam room before telling me they didnu2019t hand an X-ray machine u2014 leaving me with no option but to go spend 6-8+ hours in a hospital waiting room or deal with a broken hand for another night. When I asked for front desk why they didnu2019t tell me they said they u201cforgot,u201d however the nurse told me that management instructed them not to say anything. In any case, if you have a broken bone or something that requires an X-ray then skip this location and call ahead before going to any other locations.

I had such a wonderful experience at ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers! The staff was incredibly kind and patient, going above and beyond to assist me with technology without making me feel uncomfortable. Their professionalism and support were truly appreciated. The provider was compassionate and attentive, quickly addressing my grandsonu2019s health concerns with care and expertise. The prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy immediately, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were wonderful....nVery pleasant from the time I walked into the facility to the time we were called back to the room all the way til it was time to leave staff were very professional and the doctor did amazing working with my 7 year old son she was impeccable thanks to everyone who helped us you made our trip very nice
