I saw Liz Thompson today for a New Patient appointment as my previous PCP was no longer in my network. Liz and this practice had been recommended to me by a friend, and it sure was a great recommendation! Everyone in the practice is very personable. The Medical Assistant as well as Liz both took their time with me, asking questions, confirming information, and overall just showing they cared. I'm so glad I've moved to this practice!

My visit with the doctor was wonderful! I felt Dr. Ashdji listened well and took the time also to educate me. She was very thorough. The front office staff were very friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible.My only complaint, and the reason this is 4 stars rather than 5, is because the office policy is to take a picture of each patient for their profile for added security. There was no explanation of how this policy is more secure. I even offered to show my ID each time I visit, but showing my ID was not considered as secure as having a photo on file. They would not flex on this policy and could not offer further reasoning. The office manager wouldn't even come out to discuss it with me despite my request to speak to her. For this reason I cannot give a 5 star review.
