I tried to cut the end of my pinkie off with a sharp knife. I knew I needed a stitch or two to stop the bleeding. My regular Urgent Care had a 3 hour wait. I walked into Care Now by Tristar and the kind reception staff walked me through the kiosk registration and phone app health info. I was taken back quickly and the triage nurse was efficient and professional. Dr. Trish (PA) was very thorough. They cleaned, flushed, numbed and stitched me up quickly and with kindness. I think they will be my go-to for urgent care in the future.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. They seemed genuinely concerned about my symptoms/concerns. The nurse was very friendly and the doctor was very informative. Check in was timely and went smoothly. The medical assistant who did triage was nice. The Doctor, NP, or PA named Trish (Patricia) was terrible. She did not listen to my concern, a rapidly growing skin growth began bleeding profusely. She told me to call a dermatologist next week. When I asked what to do about the bleeding right now, she told me to put a bandaid on it. I asked for something to put on it because it bled through a bandaid and she gave me 3 bandaids. Iu2019m disappointed and feel I wasted my time and co-pay money.

I had an urgent issue on a Saturday. Not only was CareNow able to get me in quickly, the staff were professional and kind. I love that you can check in on your phone and complete the necessary paperwork ahead of time. The environment is welcoming and clean. Unfortunately I ended up having to go back in the next day and again (no fault of theirs), they worked quickly to get me in and were compassionate and thorough to ensure my issue was resolved. Great care and professionalism by Lian, Kim, and Laurie! Thank you all!
