Everyone at the Mt. Auburn Urgent Care was extremely caring and supportive. I live in Indiana but my daughter attends UC. She was very sick and I felt helpless. The student health clinic couldnu2019t see her until Monday, so I contacted the Mt. Auburn clinic and instantly felt reassured they would take care of her. My daughter said everyone was sweet and professional. She was properly diagnosed and after some sleep and antibiotics, she feels better. As a mom, I am grateful for those who work at the clinic !!

I was very happy with the staff brook and te. They where fast and polite. I would recommend them for those urgent visits when needed. The local little clinic had walk-in advertised but they had a appointment requirement. I was able to be seen here within 15 minutes of arrival. That is a walk-in with no appointment needed. Thank you!

I donu2019t know how this place got a four star rating average, but they donu2019t even deserve one star. This place received a positive test result for a bacterial infection that needed to be treated immediately, but this office sat on it for five days without contacting me and letting me know anythingu2026.not to mention that doctor is lazy and nonchalant about sensitive medical information. I will be making a formal complaint with the board concerning this specific location.

I called this urgent care after the little clinic could not see me as I am on Medicaid. I called to make sure they accepted it, and from the first call to checking in to seeing the doctor, they made it so easy and took me seriously. In less than an hour I knew why I felt so sick and they had prescribed meds- it was a really good experience and Iu2019m very grateful.

I went to Urgent Care and was seen within 10 min of arriving. The staff and Brook (the PA who saw me) were very professional and friendly. They made sure I was all good and healthy. Thank you some much!
