Was helpful in setting me up with the next walk in opening since I had no appointment. Had me finish registering online while I waited. Took me back pretty much on time. Took vitals, detailed my concern, set me up with x-rays, had a physician meet with me, sent me home with details on the paperwork. Everyone was professional, competent, and kind.

The ladies at the front desk were so nice and welcoming to my daughter and I. I got checked in quickly. Then brought me back To a room fast as well, where there was a Roku TV so my daughter was able to watch Moana while I got checked out. They took care of me efficiently, and I was out of there in no time. Smooth experience!

I took my wife to Total Acces Urgent Care for symptoms of cold and upper respiratory symptoms that were not resolving after 6 days. They were great. We were seen quickly and the physician who saw and diagnosed her was very thorough. I think everything that was done was very reasonable. My wife was much relieved to find out that she did have pneumonia and that she was not exaggerating her symptoms. With treatment she is now on the mend.
