I had an extremely positive experience at the North Mountain HonorHealth Medical Group. There was no wait time as I was called back at the exact time my appointment was scheduled. The office staff were very friendly and welcoming. Anthony Shaw, N.P. and his assistant Pam, listened to me and provided me with the care I needed. This office runs efficiently and with a positive attitude. I was able to get my blood drawn on site and through their patient portal received my results that same evening. I trust the quality care I received there.

This is the first health care office I have been to that was ready at my appointment time. The receptionist, Chris, is courteous, efficient, and gave extra help with the paperwork. Three minutes after the lab order was submitted I was called in, and out in another three.nBest for last; Dr Dhillon and her assistant Liz work as a efficient team. Dr Dhillon listened to my concerns, asked about my age related health and answered all my questions.Liz is personable, efficient, and I can tell cares about her job by the way she helped me through the visit.nI am very happy to find this Dr and office.

Dr. Levins is an excellent doctor! I am new to the area and needed a new PCP. He is warm and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why he was ordering the tests and labs he needed. The office is clean and the staff were friendly. If you need a doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Levins!

I'm a male approaching 60 and thankfully have not had too many medical issues. I haven't had a primary care doctor for a long time and decided as my New Years resolution it was time to get regular check ups. I did some research and found Dr. Levins. Based on the information I could find, he sounded like he'd be a good fit for me. He absolutely was. His personality worked well with mine, and he took the time to explain things and never seemed to be in a rush whatsoever. He was never condescending nor scolded me like a child for sometimes treating my body like an amusement park. I was really happy with the office staff, the med techs, and especially Dr. Levins. I would not hesitate a second to recommend him and HonorHealth Medical Group - North Phoenix.
