Words truly can not express how much I was impressed by Nurse Practitioner Ally & the staff at Maxem. Ally went above & beyond assisting me with an over complicated issue. She reached out to her network to find a solution even after she was on the clock and kept me abreast the entire way. Maxem urgent care is a good go-to for a walk-in clinic. I have been seen twice with virtual visits. I am so thankful they have a virtual visits option and can do the video appointment typically day of and get prescribed medicine within the same day. Ally is a great provider that seems knowledgeable, fast and helpful. Their virtual appointment option is hugely appreciated. A virtual option is critical these days - if you are either in pain, really sick & have no energy to go to a clinic, or donu2019t want to infect others if contagious. It is the way of the future.nnBut they do need to update their website since the appointment time options are all in Central time. Especially for this Lake Oswego, Oregon location, it needs to be updated to Pacific times, or made extremely clear that all the appointment times are in Central time & that the patient needs to deduct 2 hours so they know. For virtual visits, you might have to wait up to 30+ minutes for a provider to sign on. And one time I had technical difficulties and the virtual phone call was disconnected. You just have to call the main line and they will help you. Will definitely use this clinic in the future if needed. Thank you for the option of virtual visits!

I had a great experience here. I was the only one there at around lunch hour so that was nice. The women at the front desk were super nice. I felt subconscious about a part of my paperwork and they reassured me that there are other people who use it too and not to be. That helped alleviate my embarrassment. The nurse was super nice and listened to my concerns. Julia (not sure if she is a doctor or PA) was nice and informative and didn't make me feel less than by my situation. I appreciate the feedback she gave me!!

Went in for a cough and came out with a prescription for an ear infection. Had the doc not been thorough I wouldn't of had her check my ears. 5 stars!
