WHATEVER you do. Do not accept any kind of walking boots, crutches, casts, ANYTHING like this. I got a bill for a short walking boot (the same ones you can find anywhere else) for $400. I cant do anything about it now but please for your own sake, buy one yourself for like $65. We need to look out for each other when medical care is so predatory. Don't be stupid like I was.

Nobody listens begging to be taken off acetaminophen because it's not good for a person with stage 3 kidney desese the more days I take it the more pain I feel in my kidneys now it's 10x worse than yesterday n I woke up with my feet and legs extremely swollen I'm scared I called all day to switch to a medication without the asdominophin in it because it's getting worse I don't understand my results how it was explained I've been in full panic mode because last time I checked they were only 30 functioning I'm just getting worse I've been insulted spoken to as if I'm not smart enough to understand when in fact the CDC and poison control said a person with stage 3 kidney desese shouldn't take it more than twice a week witch I was doing before and I was fine no swelling n my kidneys didn't feel like they were gonna explode nobody should have to beg nobody explained my blood work in a way I understand I'm crying panicking I tried all day yesterday to fix this and have my results explained in a way I understand I feel scared like nobody cares and my pain in my kidneys is excruciating to go through all this just to get myself back to the way I was before it was added shouldn't be so hard nobody should have to beg to be heard this is sad I have severe panic disorder so I'm just fed up then u have 1 iris coffee in 2 years I get schooled like a little kid was pathetic fix the problem listen to patients this is absolutely redicuous I'm panicking so bad I'm throwing up I feel defeated unheard insulted remember when nurses and doctors cared this is very sad

Terrible service for getting prescriptions from Southcoast to pharmacy. Not once, not twice, not three times. All the time! Very unprofessional in getting patient meds that they desperately need. I have called in to pharmacy the refill and they call it into office. I also have now resorted to also call my doctors office to be sure they've gotten it. Usually the lag seems to be getting the doctor to review fax request from pharmacy and signing it to further it back to pharmacy.nBut wait there's more... I went in yesterday 4/8/21 and a prescription was being sent to my pharmacy but no it wasn't. So I went back to pharmacy today and still no medication. I called the office and was told nothing ordered for me according to record and my caregiver wasn't in office today Friday 4/9/21.nI am making a formal complaint about their prescription practice or rather their non practice.

Needed to go here for both Labs, and Cancer treatment. Everyone from the receptionists, and Lab techs to the Nurses and Doctors were friendly, helpful and professional. This was in the midst of the pandemic. Would strongly recommend.
