Iu2019ve occasionally frequented this Urgent Care since they opened, and Dr. Huraibi and his staff are great. He cares, and he takes a little extra time to chat despite it being a very busy location, and he always recognizes me. The staff is friendly, and I prefer this location over other, closer urgent care locations.

After one employee report to the doctor wrong information I went to request my diagnosis to correct the information. Stella did everything she could to fix the errors and get sure the doctor got the information correct. I was not going to request their services but Stella and all the personal did what they could to make me feel they care about my health. So I appreciate all the efforts and the care i received.

I took my partner to this urgent care and they didn't have the materials needed to stop bleeding, we ended up having to go to Henry Ford's ER instead. While they looked for materials, they let my partner lose a LOT of blood with no attempt to use a tourniquet. They also stabbed a needed through my partner's finger and spilled the pain medicine all over his pants without realizing it, and then when he told them the clinician said my partners hands were too small. Would not recommend going here, if it can be avoided.

I brought my husband here to treat serious dog bite wounds, and am so glad we chose this place. Everyone was so nice and caring, from the receptionist to the Pharmacy and made the experience as pleasant as possible. We highly recommend!
