Called to set up as new primary care. They emailed a cumbersome packet which I gilled out and returned, the gal saying they would call to set up an appointment. Never did. 2 voice mails and 10 busy signals later without a response I finally reach someone and they arenu2019t taking new patients. Absolutely incompetent. Glad they are moving to Anna. Hopefully a competent group will move in.

I absolutely love Cate, Becca, Shannon and everyone I have met at the clinic. Cate is the most caring most personable doctor I have ever met in my life. Cate ALWAYS greets you with a smile and up for girl talk. She has made me feel very safe, cared for and more comfortable than anyone else. I am private pay ...no insurance. I do not get treated any different at all. She never rushes an appointment and always asks about me personally, listens to any other issues I may have at time and discusses options or changes. Cate has never been discouraging but rather encouraging. The ladies in the office such as Becca and Shannon and few others have always been the most helpful and most welcoming. I love them all and will never go anywhere else. I would give them all the stars in the sky if I could!!

Cate and her staff are outstanding. Cate actually listens to you and NEVER talks down to you. Very caring staff, super friendly. Highly recommend. Getting sick is awful but, at least I get great care from this office.
