I absolutely love the doctors here... They were always kind and professional, and up to date on the latest medicine. The only reason we changed doctors is because of the billing system. Because we are a self-pay family, we cannot make an appointment without first talking with a billing counselor. Sometimes it took several days for them to get back to me, and was extremely inconvenient.

I like my care provider here but I recently scheduled a flu vaccine, and I waited nearly an hour in the waiting room before simply leaving. I understand triage takes priority, but I felt completely ignored and unwelcome. I will simply get my vaccines at pharmacies from now on.
