I have had such an awful experience with finding a suitable Doctor for myself ever since I moved back to Miami . So I was filled with anxiety when I walked into the Doctoru2019s office . As soon as I walked in I was greeted with 2 great , kind & friendly receptionist. I got right in and was greeted by Maria the Medical Assistant , who was again , very welcoming and friendly . She calmed me down right away . Itu2019s hard to have to tell a stranger your medical history but she reminded me that what I share will not go past her and the Doctor . After she was done she said the Doctor will be in soon. Which was all of 2 mins - Dr. Braceras is absolutely incredible !! Right away with her bedside manner I was at ease. Very thorough and I was well listened to . I am so excited that I found this group ! Now I wonu2019t have any anxiety with going to the Doctors. I feel well taken care of . If all were like her the World would be such a healthier place-

I recently visited a primary care physician, and my experience was very pleasing. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. My wait time was short. Dr. Braceras was attentive and thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns, explain my diagnosis, and recommend treatment. I felt well cared for. The office was clean and well-maintained, and the waiting area was comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend a primary care physician.
