Went there for my son, going through the check in process, getting seen, diagnosed took about 45 minutes, and we were the only people there at the time, thatu2019s not bad in my opinion and everyone was nice. The prescription got sent to a pharmacy that Iu2019ve never gone to, it got a text from when I was in the parking lot, went in and had them send it to the correct pharmacy. After 2 hours we finally got to the pharmacy (1 hour waiting in line) and they hadnu2019t received the prescription. I had to call and they said oops it hadnu2019t gone through. The incompetency with the prescription process was the poor ratings. Hope you actually donu2019t need medicine if you go here.

The facility is very clean with a check in process that's easy and quick. The staff was nice and attentive! The nurse who gave my shot used perfect placement, so I barely felt the shot and have no residual soreness! This is a wonderful facility and I highly recommend this location to anyone!

I have taken my daughters here a few times, and I have to say I have had great experiences every time. The nurse there is fantastic, and has went above her duty to help me. I love that you can check in online, and they will let you know when you get there how long the wait will be. I've never had a very long wait, but it just might be that I am there at a good time.

The clinician I spoke with was funny and she also helped me out by telling me the cheapest route to go and get me out back to work quickly. Very knowledgeable and their office was clean and an efficient way of getting people in to be seen swiftly. This is my second time visiting and will continue to use them. They also have an x-ray machine and are very affordable to people without insurance. Made a bad day pleasant with how they treated me.

We arrived at the clinic at 7:35. My husband thought he was having a panic attack but was not sure if he needed medical care or not. I went in to ask the receptionist how long till they can receive the last patient. Her response was 8 minutes or before the next appointment arrived. She was kind to ask if he was having any other symptoms. A minute later this rude white older lady with short hair comes outside yelling stating u201cif he is having a panic attack you need to go to the Er. We cannot do anything for a panic attack.u201d This was extremely rude and inconsiderate. What if I needed care? Isnu2019t that the purposes of the clinic? Or is it policy to turn patients away? I will never receive care at this clinic.
