Iu2019ve had it with this place. Iu2019ve given them multiple chances, overlooking things that would annoy anyone, but I canu2019t anymore. The lack of communication is unacceptableu2014emails, phone calls, even messages through the pharmacy go unanswered. They repeatedly require me to come in for the same updates, charging $200 each time.nnEach visit involves long wait times, understaffed teams, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including the doctor. Their judgmental attitudes and expressions make it clear theyu2019re not interested in making patients feel understood. Instead, they make you feel judged and looked down upon, which is the last thing anyone needs in a medical setting.nnAfter countless attempts to reach out, I finally heard back, only to be told they wouldnu2019t refill my prescription without another $200 visit. This is for a medication that costs less than $20 for a 3-month supplyu2014but when you factor in the cost of these unnecessary visits, it quickly adds up.nnNow, Iu2019m left to suffer through withdrawals due to their delays because I refuse to pay them another penny. This place is clearly more interested in money than in patient care. Itu2019s baffling how they have such high ratings. Fool me once, fool me twiceu2014never again.

Excellent doctor. Caring, invested and the best Hormone doctor I have ever seen. Her staff is excellent and caring. I have been her patient for over a year. I have no complaints. Feel blessed to be her patient.

I wouldnu2019t recommend this place, i went with it because of the name and the good reviews but shes just like any other doctor ordering unnecessary EXPENSIVE tests and not listening to the patient . We the patients know what we can and canu2019t afford what our insurance covers and what they dont. I went in with feminine problems and she told me what test she was gonna order i told her a few of those were unnecessary because im Married and she said women can be trusted men cantu2026 i understand in this day and age that is what the world is like but my husband and i love the Lord and im telling you i dont need those tests nor can we afford them so dont order them.nShe orders them anyways.nI wanted to like this place so bad but if the doctor canu2019t respect what im telling her then this aint the place for me.
