I had to go in to the emergency room last night and had the best care. There was a wait but triage did a great job and got me back to a room. The check in staff, triage staff, Dr and nurses were all very compassionate and caring. My night ended in emergency surgery. Every single staff person from the dr and nurses in the ER to the Dr who performed the surgery and her nurses and anesthesiologist were fantastic. The recovery nurse was the best and we just had a great experience with everything and everyone on a very difficult day. We are lucky to have this resource and these people in our community.

We went to the ER twice in the last week with my elderly mother, after her falls. Dr Reister, and Seper could not have been nicer, along with all the staff, and showed such care, and compassion for her. We live Up in Lakeville, but always prefer coming down to Northfield for our ER, and surgeries. Our family cannot say enough, about the Drs, nurses, and staff there. We are so grateful to have you all there, looking out for our care. Thank you again!

This hospital sets a standard that should be nationwide. The absolute best hospital in the state of MN. You get care with your solutions. Staff are unbelievably nice and sensitive to your needs. Not only do I have my children here, I don't go anywhere else for my health checks. 10 stars.

I came in almost dying and they still made me sit in the waiting room for a good 10-15mins while I was collapsing over and over. They showed no sense of urgency and just shrugged it off. I ended up needed same day surgery, and I stayed for three days. The nurses that I had were really nice up until the next night of my stay, I think she was one of the head nurses, wore pink scrubs but her attitude made my stay a living hell. While I had a visitor she acted all nice but after they left she would always make remarks whenever she had to do anything extra for you, and I also had to use the little thing they called a urinal and I couldnu2019t use it after she dumped it out one time because she never dumped it all the way out or rinsed it like the other nurses. If Iu2019m in pain and on drugs someone with an attitude like hers is the last that I want to deal with

I was in the ER tonight. The nurses and doctor were the BEST. They were kind, patient, caring. They kept me informed as I never dealt with the experience that put me in the ER. Iu2019m greatly for the team I had! I do want to shout out this one nurse, she kept me calm while they did what they needed to. She was so gentle & kind. Unsure of her name but she did have purple hair. Thank you again Northfield Hospital.
