If i could give zero stars i would. Sign says open and door say open until 830. Walked on at 8 and saw receptionist cleaning clip boards. I said I need to be seen as I need antibiotics for a sinus infection. She goes sorry we aren't taking any more patients. I said really I just drove 45 minutes. She goes sorry. I guess they should change their hours. Because 8:00 is not 8:30. This was the worst experience at an urgent care I have ever had and I didn't see anyone but receptionist

Called and ask if they take appointments they said walk ins only, but they have a lunch from 1:30-2:30, and donu2019t take appointments during this time period. I asked not problem rushed up there on my lunch break arrived at 1:05 and they immediately grabbed the clip board from me and told me they arenu2019t accepting patients for the afternoon because of their lunch. It felt very rude especially when someoneu2019s not feeling well. But I arrived well before their lunch. Makes no sense, if youu2019re gonna do that then at least accept appointments.

The staff are unprofessional, incredibly rude, and more interested in subjecting patients to a demeaning and substandard medical attention. I should have known when I saw the FILTHY entry door and the EMPTY waiting room. If you are desperate enough to have to go here, expect to be treated as an inconvenience and with dishonest business practices. 0 Stars is more accurate.

0 stars out of 100. Took my daughter here because she had a persistent cough. The doctor came in spent 30 seconds in the room said she had allergy induced asthma. She was given a cough suppressant and we were sent on our way. 3 days later still coughing heavy and coughing is worse, take her to a different doctor and was almost sent to the hospital due to severe pneumonia. The doctors at this location do not care what you say or do, they want to charge you or your insurance but do nothing to get the money. I can't believe that they would miss something so severe and act like it was just something so common. They put my child's life at risk so I would seriously think very hard before coming to this urgent care.
