I rarely seek medical care because I don't usually like the unfriendly treatment in most offices. This urgent care was amazing. I was treated extremely well. The girl at the desk was great. I was taken back to see a PA and she was amazing. She was very thorough with her exam and performed a couple of needed procedures. I was given referrals that greatly helped me. I will definitely return.

I'll definitely be going here from now on! The facility was super clean. The wait was minimal. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the doctor was so helpful and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my son in depth and what to expect going forward. After a couple years of knee pain with no answers, we finally understand what it is!

I contacted my insurance company to ensure this location accepted my insurance, was told it did. I called and spoke with a representative of this facility to confirm and to make an Urgent Care appointment, which I was given. Upon my arrival at the facility I was told to show my ID & insurance card which I did. I was immediately informed u201cwe donu2019t take your insuranceu201d. Asking u201cWhy, after two Positive confirmations am I being refused Urgent care?u201d, I was given two blank stares and No Answers. I ended up in a Reputable Hospital ER and treated with Respect and Dignity and given the treatment necessary for my URGENT CONDITION !nThis particular Medstar location at Ridleyu2019s Choice needs Serious procedural review as well as practical training of their u201cFront Desku201d representatives and Intense training on Compassion and Effective Communication with potential patients .

Staff was great from the time you walked to the front door until the time you left. I encountered interaction with the front desk staff the triage staff, the x-ray staff the EKG staff and the doctor himself highly recommend this place very clean, very precise, caring and compassionate!
