Not sure how to start this upsetting review but this is the worst fast/urgent care place to go to. $165 to tell you to drink fluids. My girlfriend made a appointment for 1pm. We get there 10 mins prior as instructed to do so and donu2019t get seen for a hour! They were so fast to take our money before the appointment though. So she goes back, gets this doctor that says that she hasnu2019t been sick long enough even though sheu2019s had swollen lymphatic nodes in her neck for the last few days and has been holding out to see if it would go down and it hasnu2019t. The medical u201cprofessionalu201d claims she doesnu2019t know what it could be and advises that she come back and pay an additional $165 to be seen again if she is still having symptoms. For a hour wait, oh donu2019t worry I asked why. (Front desk lady told me they were a walk in clinic so they donu2019t honor appointment setting clients. All the online BS is just so you can be registered faster and they can have staff there.) oh and the staff they didnu2019t have? Was told every room was full while waiting even though I witnessed 3 people leave while waiting. (Must have been seeing ghosts!) will never be back. Wonu2019t recommend anyone here. Would rather drive to Estes park to get care than to be paid to be here. Be vary if the staff as they are not pleasant. We walked in and was instructed to wear a mask even though the lady through the window wasnu2019t wearing one, nor was she eating lunch. The place is not up to standards. -5 review.

Such an amazing, clean, friendly and quick place to be seen. The staff are so helpful and nice and the Doctor is super knowledgeable and helpful! I appreciate this place so much! I went in right before closing and they didnu2019t have any problems seeing me right away! They are super reliable and you can tell they love helping their patients before anything! They will get you in and on your way in no time! Thank you for the wonderful service

We have been to this urgent care twice this fall/winter with our 7 month old and they are so kind, they listen to our concerns and quickly jump into action to help us resolve her issues. They are quick and efficient but also gentle and nurturing.

I gave this facility 2 stars because although my experience was a 4 maybe even 5 star experience, my partner had a very different time. We got there about a half hour before closing, which I understand is annoying for the people working there, but she was sick and needed help. The doctor on staff, who I won't name out of respect was very frustrated that we came in half an hour before close and wasn't shy about letting us know. She was downright rude. That I can somewhat understand, but in her rush to get us out she didn't give her the right medication, and wrote the wrong directions on the prescription she did write so the pharmacy couldn't dispense it till the next day. Urgent care centers aren't restaurants, the least you could have done in your rush was get her the medication she needed and take your time to write the correct directions on the medication you did prescribe. I hate to say it but even though I had a good experience myself, I won't be returning because of how terribly they treated my partner.
