Used to provide excellent phone service through the operator to direct a call. Today I have been on hold for 1.5 hours trying to report my family members death. Tried calling social services office and spoke to Randall, who lacked all empathy and compassion and merely stated there is nothing he can do to help, as that is not his job! What happened to the Desert Oasis Healthcare we started with? Worst service ever!

The reception staff are not the most competent. Each year I go for a physical check up and make an appointment, and get told labcorp order will be sent thru. This does not occur and a lot of time is wasted going back and forth to labcorp and doctors office to get this order. Amazing how inept the place and system is!

Oasis healthcare has the most wonderful staff. Everything is right where you're going to need it. Blood work, x-rays, rheumatologist, cardiologist, yearly wellness check clinic. I have SCAN insurance and I am so very happy with my care.

My dad was going here for about 2 years ended up having lung cancer. It was still stage one. Started the process of getting all paperwork and just kept getting the run around. He ended up passing 9 months after being diagnosed. This facility didn't care
