I donu2019t get what the hype is about this placeu2014the app is complete trash, staff is mid, in-house testing even worse, and Joanna Bernardi ESPECIALLY is AWFUL.nnShe didn't listen to any of my concerns or take my medical history into consideration. Despite explaining that Iu2019m in between treatments, she didnu2019t look at any of my past lab work and even ignored the complexities of my condition, brushing off my concerns about my BP/HR. Instead, she repeated labs I recently just did because she refused to look at any of my paperwork.nnShe also failed to provide any of the referrals I needed, including the cardiology referral my internist strongly recommended. Again, which I all have proof of. When I asked about including free and reverse T3/T4 on the thyroid panel, she assured me theyu2019d be on the lab work, but when I got the results, none of those things were includedu2014instead, outdated tests like T3 uptake were there. Not only incompetent, but a liar, too.nnMy CBC showed mild anemia, which I already expressed as well, but still, she told me to take iron supplements despite my ferritin being HIGHu2014something my hematologist had already addressed. Which again, if she had even listened or even looked at my previous blood work, she would know. And when I mentioned my internist had me on a no-exercise rule due to cardiac issues, she told me to exercise anyway because of my lipid panel. Ridiculous.nnHighly do not recommend this place or provider, especially if you have complex medical needs. Iu2019ll be switching my PCP expeditiously. My wife had an appointment at 2:05 p.m. We got there at 1:30 p.m. and they kept us waiting until 3:00 p.m. to see her. I consider it a lack of respect and consideration for patients, people don't go to the doctor for fun They go because they feel bad and you make us feel more bad with that wait.

Worst place ever....never able to get appointment with the doctor only the nurse practitioner is available.Getting a referral is a total nightmare.,calls back and forth,very unprofessional. Notes on your online portal by nurse practitioner,never items discussed in visit,but its stated on my file online that she did discuss these items with me....I've had nothing but terrible service from this place.nnI've read the reviews and noticed they only respond to the positive reviews but never the negative ones,i guess that shows the level of professionalism this place has.nnTrying Sanitas again three years later and same terrible service...referral nightmare the same.....

I am going to start off my saying I havenu2019t had great experiences with doctors or specialists. I have a rare condition that a lot of doctors pass off as something else, donu2019t want to try to resolve it for me, or downplay my situation. Iu2019ve been suffering with this condition for 2 years and have seen COUNTLESS specialists and doctors. I have felt very hopeless that I would get any relief. Yesterday I had my first patient appointment with Dr. Joanna Bernardi at the Poinciana location, and my hope is back. Dr. Bernardi was kind, patient, understanding, empathetic, and most of all HELPFUL. Dr. Bernardi treated me like a human. She wants to help me resolve my condition, and she listened to me. That meant so much to me in a world where I have just been passed off and disregarded. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bernardi. The front desk receptionists were phenomenal too. I donu2019t think I have ever had that level of hope after a doctors appointment like I did with Dr. Bernardi.
