Clinic was clean and staff extremely considerate, professional, and kind. Treatment was targeted in a knowledgeable, and insightful manner. Testing and diagnosis was concise. I knew I was in good hands. Preet chose medication specific to my needs and I have no doubt she made the right choice. I'm feeling much improved today. Wonder staff. Keep up the good work.

The staff here were great! Everyone one from the front desk, to the nurses/MA and provider were so kind. I was there for a work injury and they did everything right to try and put my mind at ease about what had happened. The provider made sure I was given all of the information she could about my potential outcomes. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I am so grateful they were open on Christmas. I couldnu2019t believe how quickly I got in and out. Iu2019ve never been here before and I was still in and out in 25 minutes. The physicians assistant was so kind and patient. She was friendly and willing to help without rushing out the door. She knew exactly what I had which was a breath of fresh air. She processed my prescription quickly and I was out the door. Biggest downfall was that they didnu2019t have an x-ray tech there on Christmas Day (which I understand) and I left with a paper prescription versus sending it directly to the pharmacy. Not the end of the world, but definitely added a good hour to the process when I went to pick up my prescription. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Majorly understaffed resulting in long wait times and a stressed staff. I don't mind waiting as long as I know to expect it. With a waiting room of 15+ people they didn't tell anyone the anticipated wait, or how many people were ahead of them. Even though I had an appointment I still waited an hour to be seen, and another hour for the staff to return to the room with my flu test results. The worst part in my opinion was at one point a patient came in needed a drug test for work. When he asked how long it would take, the receptionist would only say there's a wait. He told her that he only had a few hours because he had to pick up his child from school, and asked if it would be better if he came first thing in the morning tomorrow. Receptionist repeated there's a wait today, we only have one doctor. He left, saying he'd come back tomorrow at open. A few minutes later the receptionist was talking to her co-worker about how dumb the guy was to leave because they wouldn't have a male staff member able to do the drug test there tomorrow. She never told the patient that. I'm sure that information would have impacted his decision, & I feel bad that he's going to waste two days because of this place.I'm sure working in that environment is stressful, but transparent communication goes a long way in patient care.

I recently needed to see my primary care physician but she was booked until the end of the month. When she is not available, I put my trust in the hands of Physicians Immediate Care on Kirk Rd in North Aurora. I went on 1/18 and received top notch seamless care from the beginning to the end. I scheduled an appointment and I was in and out in 30 minutes with a thorough assessment and treatment plan! Sonia who was my provider was terrific. Physicians Immediate Care gets another 10 from me. They continue ensure that my expectations are exceeded!
