I have been using this urgent care service for several years now. The staff is awesome! You can book appointments online and they are always on time. Professional Urgent Care is exactly what the name says. Professional. This was my first experience as a patient at this facility. It was nice that I took a few minutes at home to complete my forms, take pictures of my insurance cards and photo ID to upload before arriving. The process was easy and streamlined. I was greeted by Faith, who made sure all my information was updated. She then brought me to the exam room, explaining everything she did to alleviate any anxieties. My wait time was minimal before Gillian, the provider , came in to assess me. She was able to diagnose me quickly, phoned in my scripts and even provided me with information about my medications and condition. I also received a text with a discount card to purchase my medications if I needed it. I feel like this group went above and beyond. I plan to refer family and friends to this facility when needed.

Iu2019ve been here 3 times in the past year and a half and I will never go anywhere else! Even when the lobby is full this team works like a well oiled machine and you get in and out quickly. You can book your appointments online easily and fill out the paperwork online. 10/10

Gillian and Faith are amazing! I am not from here and went to four urgent cares that did not know how to deal with my insurance, but the man at the front desk knew exactly what to do (apologies for forgetting names). Gillian listened to everything I had to say, which is especially nice when youu2019re a younger patient. Both her and Faith are extremely thorough, efficient, and personable. Additionally, I appreciate that Dr. Upadhyay called me again to re-explain my results. It is comforting to know I have somewhere that I can trust to go in place of my primary. Would definitely recommend.
