Normally I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to do it this time, because all the staff at this clinic were very friendly and very quick to assist me from the beginning to the end, they showed interest in what was happening to me. I am very grateful that they were able to provide me with what I was needed for the heath discomfort I had.

I've always liked the doctors there but the front desk girl is extremely rude. I called to make an appointment and she said I still owed 25 dollars, I always pay what I owe up front it's a cash clinic. I asked why I would owe that when I always pay everything up front and her response was well I guess you didn't have the money. Excuse. Me? How rude... , I also asked for a manager and she said they did not have one. June 19th, 2023

Everything everyone else says about this place is true, itu2019s usually not busy and so they can get you in and out pretty fast. However, my problem was with the receptionist. I was told I would have my test results in a days time, and when I called to find out about them (the next day of course) she said they DID have my results back, but nobody had read them yet. So, naturally, I asked if she could take her eyes, put them on my results and read back what they were. She said not until someone reviewed them. So, NATURALLY I asked if she could speed the process along, considering I was told that the results would be back by then. Her response was to hang up the phone. So, naturally I called back and asked for her boss. But the boss wasnu2019t there that day, so I asked for whoever was in charge, and she said the exact same thing, u201cI just told you, they arenu2019t here today.u201d So at this point I gave up, hung up the phone myself and decided to write this review.Just for the record, I know this looks like it was typed up by some over the top yelper, but I am not typically the kind of person to type up a bad review for someplace. I was satisfied with their service up until this point, but it should go without saying that when somebodyu2019s health is concerned, sooner is better rather than later, especially when that customer was told they would be given their results by a certain time. ESPECIALLY when all they have to do is read back what a piece of paper says.

It's great that you can walk in and be seen without having to wait 30+ minutes & the staff is really friendly and nice, however I have been sick since last Tuesday and had to visit twice. I was told by the doctor I could call in and get a new prescription ordered if I wasn't better by today. First I was told that they couldn't call in a prescription, then when they realized the doctor's not hadn't been added to my file I was told someone would call me back, after waiting 3 hours and calling them back again, someone finally called me. However, they called in a prescription that I am allergic to. I was told that they would call in a new one. Their facebook says they close at 7pm, but it is now 6:30 and no one is answering the phones. Soooo I STILL do not have medicine and I'm still sick. I have to wait to call them again tomorrow morning.
