Facility is conveniently located to my home and is very clean and well-maintained. Staff is very professional and friendly. Communication via text and the online MyChart system is very easy to navigate.

I went to the Lake Nona Central Care, making an appointment for within an hour of my opening the webpage. I was roomed early, and seen very promptly. The PA who treated me was very knowledgeable about my problem as well as about my status as a chemotherapy patient. She made the diagnosis quickly and not only sent in my prescription but also gave us lots of advice about what else we could do to help with my problem. I was very happy with how we were treated and would 10/10 recommend this Centra Care. I wish I knew the PAu2019s name because she was especially good!

I visited advent centra care Lake Nona today for severe allergies/asthma. I had the good fortune of seeing Paula Vasquez. She was amazing, so very knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease. The moment you walk in the door every person on shift today was great! I would recommend them highly, but, then they might get too busy for me to get an appt! ud83dude02. Unfortunately, my family required two visits to urgent care this week. But I am so grateful for this location. The staff is absolutely incredible. Toting three young children, two of whom are sick, while you're sick yourself is incredibly daunting. However, everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the PA was so very patient and kind with all of us. It made my day exponentially less difficult. We did not have to wait too long, even with it being a little busy due to everything going around. When we were seen, everything went so smoothly and fairly quickly. My children left with stickers and lollipops and I left with answers to all of my questions and feeling valued as a concerned mother and patient. A special thank you to Christian, who was so wonderful with my kids that they want to go back just to hang out with him. This is truly a wonderful place and I am very thankful to everyone there for taking such great care of my family.

Excellent service! From check in to medicine prescription, the staff was fast, courteous, friendly and caring. My vitals were checked and I was kept informed on the next steps. PA saw me, assessed my right ring finger inflammation and quickly ordered medication to remedy my pain. She also prescribed home medication that I picked up at my local Publix Market. I'm very satisfied with the care provided here. This experience and all previous health visits have been excellent. Thank you.
