The best place to be with an emergency that can be handled at an Urgent Care facility!nOn March 10th my husband was seen at the clinic for a fairly deep puncture wound on his hand. He was immediately taken into an exam room and was given the necessary treatment. All personnel were helpful, courteous and professional. I want to mention Doctor Karen and Student trainee Haley who were his personal contact healthcare people but all staff were quick to offer any additional help. Thank you to Redwood Urgent Care.

refused service during office hours not once but two days in a row. Came in just after 5 ou2019clock and tell the lady at the front desk all i need is a doctors note for work. i pretty much know whatu2019s wrong with me. refuses to see me because they are closing early. come back the next day at 12:30 (lunch isnu2019t until 1) the same lady i saw the previous day greats me at the door with u201call of our rooms are full and weu2019re trying to make lunch on timeu201d. I tell her i was here yesterday and she proceeds to laugh in my face. iu2019m glad she thought it was funny. At my job if we have things to do that dip into our lunchtime we finish the job and have lunch after. Iu2019m a street and utilities worker, we stick jobs out to not inconvenience others but apparently the medical facilities around here donu2019t mind doing just that to sick people.

The office manager is rude and doesnu2019t care. I had a bill for $35 and I called about it and was told I would receive a call the following Monday. I had to call back after not receiving a call for over 3 months. She was rude right from the get go. Thereu2019s no need for that kind of attitude in your line of work. If youu2019re unhappy you should find another place to work.
