I had a wonderful experience. I had driven from Fredericksburg since we currently do not have an urgent care and it was a Sunday (so most places are closed). My Dad and sister had gone here before and told me wonderful things about this clinic. The staff were super kind and friendly, and the facility was well taken care of. Even though there were a lot of people, everyone got seen quickly. They really take the time to see whatu2019s wrong, explain things, and give you an information packet on whatever you may have to learn more. All in all, I received wonderful care, and was so grateful to them! Highly recommend!!!!

I took my husband in to Main Street urgent care clinic on a Tuesday morning and wow, it was quick. He checked in around 9:30 and was done around 10:00-10:15. They did everything needed including x-rays to diagnose the situation and everyone was SO nice. He was in and out and we were getting his meds all before lunch. It was Awesome!!! Thank you for such great care. Definitely recommend and will return if ever needed.

Went in for a nose bleed and of all the urgent care choices, I decided to come here. The PA attempted to cauterize the source of my bleeding and we went on our way. The next night my nose started bleeding (twice) so I had to wait until the next morning to go back to be seen. They wanted me to pay my copay again, even though, well knowing, they obviously didnu2019t fix my problem the first time. I have been in the medical field for 31 years and thatu2019s just bad business. The right thing to do would be bring me back and attempt to cauterize again, but no! Not without my copay again. Poor business practices, thoroughly disappointed
