Iu2019m incredibly disappointed with the service my mother received at this urgent care. My mother, who does not speak English, went in with a work-related cut and was denied access to a translator, which severely impacted her ability to communicate effectively and receive proper care. When I raised concerns about this, the nurse, Bernie, threatened to kick us out if I made any further comments. This was not only unprofessional but deeply concerning.nnTo make matters worse, when the doctor finally saw her, the attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Even if they arenu2019t required by law to provide a translator, the lack of empathy and poor treatment we received was unacceptable. Itu2019s disheartening to witness such a lack of respect for patientsu2019 needs and basic care.nnI sincerely hope that this clinic takes these issues seriously and works to improve its patient care, especially when it comes to language barriers and professionalism.

I will never go to another urgent care in Niceville again. Iu2019ve been to the new one that they built next to Starbucks and you can check my other reviews for that one. SMH. But I do need to say that todayu2019s visit, while being sick and alone, was the most pleasant it couldu2019ve been. The staff truly shows that they care and will do whatever it takes to provide the best service they can. Kyle was the doc and had an excellent bedside manner. He listened and wasnu2019t overbearing or diminishing. Lauren at the desk saved me an copay and Bernie was friendly when she did my triage. Everything was fluid and I was in and out and under an hour.

Top notch service! I am visiting family from across the state. Nothing makes a trip a bummer than feeling under the weather. I walked in and the lobby wasnu2019t too busy. Of course, with a UTC this is always a gamble. I was back in a room so fast and then back out the door before I had time to get updated on my social feeds. My RX is already being processed at the pharmacy. They are so much more efficient than my UTC back home.

Here is the thing. I have been to several urgent cares before and never have I felt so rushed out of an office before. Seriously. I paid $150 to see a doctor for 2 minutes and he was literally walking out as I was talking to him. Didnu2019t seem like he cared or maybe he was having an off day? I felt just rushed out. I went to AFC before and the experience is MUCH different. They treat you like a human being not an annoyance. I honestly wish I could get my money back. They prescribed me medication but I feel ripped off for what I got. I could have gone online and probably gotten the same experience for much cheaper. I wonu2019t be returning. Itu2019s cheaper than AFC but the extra $25 is worth it to go there instead. I will be telling my friends and family to avoid treatment here, they probably donu2019t want to help you anywaysnnUpdate:n*** places like these are why people are afraid to go to the doctor and donu2019t go ***. The worst bedside manner Iu2019ve ever experienced.nthis office is a complete joke. They have the necessary medical licenses, the fancy equipment and may KNOW MORE than us but they DO NOT listen to you when you talk. I have something seriously wrong with me and was misdiagnosed by them because they just do not LISTEN. Go here and find out the hard way.

Very impressed! First time using this urgent care for my daughter with a sore throat and I canu2019t say enough good things about the care. The employees are wonderful. From the front desk, to the provider (Shawn, PA) , I was pleased with the care. This will be our go to care from now on. Keep up the good work and wonderful bedside manner!
