Had one of the worst medical experiences here after I broke my kneecap in August. Went to the urgent care to have it looked at/diagnosed and was not given anything to help me get around. A 'knee sleeve' was recommended to me which I said I had at home but what was really meant was that I needed an 'immobilizing knee brace'. I was then allowed to walk out of the building with no crutches, brace or any kind of assistance with my broken kneecap. To top it all off, I was told that the knee splint that I was being given was completely covered by my insurance and I have now received a bill for that too. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

As an URGENT care yall shouldnu2019t lock the doors 10min to close. Who tf closes at 4 on a Saturday some of us still work and have emergencies we canu2019t control how close to closing it is. Ridiculous. Close at 4 means CLOSE AT 4 not 4:50

My fiancu00e9 was a sick a week before our wedding so she went in to make sure she would be okay for the big day. The receptionist was extremely sweet and helpful, the nurse got her into an exam room before she even had a chance to sit in the waiting room and the doctor was great and personable. He gave her multiple courses of action just in case the first did not work so she would be better in time for our vows. Great service!

I've been here a few times over the years...everytime the staff were very helpful. One visit in 2015 stuck with me when I went in thinking I had a stomach flu.nnAfter being brought to the exam room I almost started crying because of how awful I felt.The nurse (Patty was her name, I think) was extremely sweet and brought me water and some Ibuprofen and told me they'd take good care of me. Turned out I had a kidney infection. Was prescribed antibiotics and had a chat with the Dr. where she told me how serious it was.nnAnyway, felt 100x better by the next day. Later that afternoon I had gotten a call from the immediate care, and it was the nurse checking on me! Such a genuine & heartwarming call to receive, and something that stuck with me. Taking my SO tomorrow and I hope he gets the same care I had.
