I had an acute inner ear infection, and knew I needed an antibiotic to clear it. I had after 10 days fighting it, only about 30% hearing out of both ears. Should be simple, right? A complete layup for a competent medical professional.NOT HERE.Not only did the blonde nurse practitioner?, never look in my ears at all... She insisted on a Covid and Flu Test (without any symptoms)and that she would not prescribe anything. I told her to give me a copy of my Flu results, and that I was going to see an actual Doctor.Long story short, my actual Dr. that I begged to squeeze me in-1/2 hr later took a Flu test (at my request) IT WAS NEGATIVE!!!!!They Lied about it at 910.Not only that. but My Dr. said if he did not prescribe me Doxycycline that day, I would likely have had PERMANENT HEARING LOSS!!!!!!If you are in the waiting room, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You ccould end up in an ER a day or two later, or WORSE!!!SEE pic for Flu results one taken 1 hr. apart to verify

I honestly feel like they did not care about how I feel. I have chest pain with pressure and I been vomiting. All they did was prescribed me ondansetron. So I have no choice but to go to the emergency room because I really don't feel right. Thanks for nothing!

Let me start off with the positives: The office is very clean and the staff are all very nice. Now the negativesu2026I was in the Sunday after Thanksgiving. As someone who works in a Dr.u2018s office, I know the holidays make our jobs harder and I understand what the staff goes through. I went in for a common cold and sharp back pain. After the appointment was all said and done, I go to my pharmacy to get my scripts. The pharmacy tech told me they were sent to another pharmacy. I should have known then that something was up. I get home to open up the $25.00 worth of meds I paid for and I see that they sent me only 2/3 of my medications and they also sent me ALL of the medications that was for the patient in the room next to mine at 910 rapid care. They sent me her cough meds, an inhaler, and nausea medication. This is unacceptable. What if I had a more severe diagnosis and needed medication for it and never got it. And I am not sure that the other patient got her medications either. I tried calling 10 times to get the correct medications and to explain the problem, but no one answered and you canu2019t leave a voicemail which is also unacceptable.

Excellent care. Kept me informed through entire exam. Nurse practitioners were extremely knowledgeable and worked closely with Dr.Ellis. Entire staff were great. Also wait times were minimal.

Had I read these reviews, I would have gone elsewhere. 910 is rough around the edges and not very rapid. Every aspect of my experience seemed to take longer than necessary. I was obviously ill and exhausted but was obliged to wait, standing, for what felt like 15 minutes while Linda entered my information. Even though there was only one other patient in the waiting room at the time, I waited over an hour once seated. The nurse who finally took me back was pleasant but had no authority, so she asked me what seemed like intrusive and irrelevant questions about family history to kill more time waiting for test results. When I eventually got to see a nurse practitioner, who started in on the same questions, she told me there had been a lot of people ahead of me. I am grateful I got the treatment I needed and I will never go back.
