After 48 years of occasionally visiting a doctor for any reason really, I have never found one that treats you with respect, understanding and attentive to the patient, until now. This medical practice from the time you walk in till you walk out, care for every aspect of a patiens needs. The doctors, nurses, technicians and support staff are the best I've ever met in 65 years. I'm alive today because of People First!

The front desk employees were great! They were kind and efficient! However, the doctor visit was quick, minimum attention to the injury a waist of time, no show of concern. Treatment incomplete because staff left early. My swollen and bruised knee was wrapped with a weak band that had to be wrapped around the knee in a figure eight. By the time I made it to the car it unraveled. A week later I had to see another doctor that gave me proper attention, an ice pack and a knee brace with straps you pull and tighten, and is now going through physical therapy. The one star is due to the excruciating pain I endured due to late treatment. I will not return!nu201cAs I read the previous reviews I noticed the reviews with 4 to 5 stars have a response from the staff.u201d

Iu2019m always impressed by how fast the staff at People First Urgent Care checked me in and called me back. Everyone there were kind and efficient. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I did appreciate the overall kindness especially since I felt so sick going in.
