So glad to have found this place. After a 5 hour drive with a sick/grumpy toddler; walking in to a pediatric urgent care for the first time, knowing he'd probably have a meltdown, left me frazzled and anxious. The front staff was nice, quick, and helpful. The doctor was absolutely AMAZING! She aided in distracting my son to get through his exam, danced with him, and just truly treated him with care and empathy. I visit MD often to see my family, and this will now be the place we go to if he should be sick again while in town.

Have been here twice in as many weeks. One child sprained a finger, the other a toe. The office staff is efficient and polite and the doctors were caring in their evaluations and provided very thorough feedback on what had happened to each kid and what steps to take to recover safely. Very clean office, prompt attention, and easy-to-get-to location with plenty of parking.

We visited because my child had a fever, and all the medical staff were very kind and thorough during the visit.nAlthough my child was a bit scared at first, they were so friendly and made him feel comfortable.nThanks to them, he was able to go through the checkup well.nWe will definitely continue coming here in the future.

I recently visited here with my daughter, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While I understand that wait times can be long at urgent care office ,we ended up waiting over 2 hours before even seeing the doctor. During that time, my daughteru2019s condition worsened, which was extremely concerning.nnThe waiting area was overcrowded, and there was a lack of communication about how much longer we'd have to wait. By the time we saw the doctor, my daughter was feeling even worse than when we arrived, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the overall care did not meet our expectations.nnIu2019m usually understanding about delays, but when it comes to urgent care, timely attention is critical. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in their ability to handle urgent situations properly. I wonu2019t be returning and will seek other options in the future.

Pediatrician attended to us in less than 15mins upon arrival. Assessment and procedure was done in 5mins and she ensured my 4 year old daughter was comfortable throughout. Very knowledgeable doctor with great bedside manners.
