Dr. Wariboko was particularly friendly and ensured that all my concerns regarding my care plan were thoroughly addressed. Overall, my visit to the Trotwood location was excellent, and I highly recommend their services.

Very unprofessional the receptionist Janiesha was rude for starters she act like she donu2019t want to be there I was sitting in the waiting area for an 1hr went to wash my hands and when I came out they had someone that came after me go in the roomnI asked was it first come first serve she said she called my name and I didnu2019t come mind you it only take seconds to wash hands u2026. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or somebody over her she acted like they wasnu2019t there and just kept responding u201cwell thatu2019s fine u201c she does not need to be working there at all she needs to find another job with her nasty ass attitude I. Not ever going back to this ghetto location

They are hanging up on me every day as i was supposed to get the report in 14 days and its been a month now and i havenu2019t got anything back from themnAll they said was that i will get a call shortlynI am already late to send my reports to immigration .

I came in there was nobody in the parking lot and nobody in the office. 2 Dr's a nurse and receptionist were on. I explained I couldn't see I had something in my eye, so they gave me paperwork to fill out, I explained i can't see, their response was if you want to see a Dr you need to fill this out. 45 min of struggling to fill it out, I sat in a room for an hr waiting while they all sat out front taking about a Christmas party. So still in pain still can't see I asked for a refund and ibqpuod go to another place, they refused, 2 hrs were going on and they saidnOh we don't have anything to look into your eye go to ER !! Really I cNt see, I've sat there forever, they took my money but go drive to er !!! Unbelievable
