My 2 year old daughter picked up a jellyfish at Lauderdale-by-the-sea and was stung. She was in agonizing pain with her hands swelling immediately. We are from out of town, so I quickly called Pronto who said absolutely bring her in and they would triage immediately. As soon as we got there, they whisked us back to a room and Dr Game came running in (literally) with her kit to help. She said she knew how badly the pain was my daughter was feeling, so she jumped right into action. Treatment began within minutes of us walking through the door. Dr Game was so kind, patient and sweet with my daughter. At one point, my baby was shivering (we ran off that beach dripping wet and even left our towels behind) so Dr Game went and brought back a space heater for our room. Her staff was also incredibly kind and responsive. Overall we had an incredible experience. 5 Stars. Thank you, Dr Game!

Had a great experience at Pronto Urgent Care. Dr. Maria Game thoroughly explained the procedure I was about to undergo, step by step, and asked if I had any questions before she started. She was patient, caring, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. The front desk staff and nurses assistant were also both very helpful and professional. Overall, I highly recommend this practice!

I choose this medical facility based on the reviews. I cannot say enough about Dr. Maria who is exceptionally caring and worked with me through my white coat syndrome. She was extremely understanding. All the staff were amazing and I must make mention of Grace who was so polite and pleasant. I cannot thank you all enough for making me feel at ease and had me relaxed. I would not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends. I know where will be my go to now. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Just had a great experience at Pronto. Staff was wonderful, facility is extremely clean and Dr.Game was excellent. I had a bunch of weird symptoms and with some questions and a couple of tests and X-rays she quickly figured out the root cause and explained it all, then prescribed the meds to clear it up. Very glad I made the decision to go there this morning.

Excellent experience at Pronto Urgent Care today. Very impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the support staff organized visit, took care of the preliminaries and assisted Dr. Game with the procedure she had to perform on me. The clinic is modern and impeccably maintained. Dr. Game is a superb provider. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Her interactions with her assistants, and me, the patient made me think her clinic was a teaching hospital where she was the mentor and primary caregiver. Great environment! Her clinic is a neighborhood gem that patients should not overlook.
