The building is super clean. front desk girl is nice and professional. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Everyone from the receptionist to the drs assistant (Leilani) and the nurse practitioner (Julie, I think?) were SO NICE! I really felt that they cared. They took my issue seriously and Iu2019m walking out satisfied with my care.

I recently chose to visit the Loxahatchee office instead of the Wellington location, and it was well worth the extra drive. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The phlebotomist was gentle and professional, making the blood draw process seamless. The nurse practitioner took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, compassionate care. I also had the opportunity to speak with the center administrator, who was incredibly attentive and ensured all my needs were met. This was by far the best experience I've had at a primary care office. Highly recommend!

Karla Santana was pleasant and assisted me with getting paperwork for my lab tests for my annual checkup with Dr Stock next week. I called her this morning and before she left today, she made sure that I was able to print the lab requisitions from email, to take with me to the lab. I do not trust that the lab will be able to find the orders and taking the lab requisition is the best way for me. I found Karla to be knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you.

I went to Premier Family Health in Loxahatchee and the moment I walked in what a great experience. The receptionist was courteous and helpful, the office clean. My provider Jamie was fantastic!!! She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. Lidia was caring as well as Leilani. Iu2019ve been to other walk in clinics but NEVER again!!!! For the future Iu2019ll be sure to ask for them!!! My first time here, I had Lidia assist me and she was not only very nice but refreshing energy to have when youu2019re not feeling good. Very good first experience ud83dudc4dUpdate: second time hear went over lab results with Dr. Julio. He was by far the best doctor I have had. He is to the point, offered me supplements and suggested food to help with my diets. It was quick but more knowledge than I received from longer appointments haha.
