The worst place to go to, they never call back when itu2019s important. The front people are NOT friendly. They canu2019t draw blood and hurt both my husband and I, ruined my shoes and pants and left a huge bubble on his arm. When we tried to call to inform the Doctor Kayla she didnu2019t even have the respect to give a call back to discuss our results, not even a nurse would call back. They canu2019t keep any decent help and now I know why. That whole place is a joke. Take responsibility Kayla Maybery.

My husband and I have been on a long road trip since April 30 when we left our home in Orlando. I went to this urgent care yesterday based on good reviews and it was close to our hotel. I had been suffering with severe eye allergies and had been to another urgent care clinic in Albuquerque 3 days prior where I was told to take over the counter Allergy medication. I was no better, in fact I was worse so went to Amarillo Stat Care yesterday. Everyone was so nice and professional! I was seen by NP Kayla Mabery. She saw my condition and had the staff give me a shot of steroids and prescribed an antibiotic eyedrop. I am much better today. Thank you so much for your caring and concern!!!

Unless you're having flu symptoms I wouldn't recommend going here.For years it was our go-to urgent care.Until a couple of days ago.I was diagnosed with a sinus infection + ear infection. After multiple attempts to tell her that I had no discharge from my nose, I didn't have a sore throat, no headache. She continued to prescribe me what she thought I should have and send me on my way.10 hrs later my doctor told me something had bitten me (we believe it was a spider)Causing me to swell and have redness around my nose.She then told me that i was misdiagnosed.So there was NO SINUS INFECTION nor did I have a EAR infection.She threw away the medication that was prescribed by stat Care and iltold that it was useless to the problem I had at hand.
